I have done 34 free corses and free training .Yes I have an apptite for learning like hard core... Most on employmnet programs in NZ Newzealand And veary quilifide.OHS .Security licence ECT ... And am a responsible person..Age 33 An avarage gie no important than anyperson. I say there shuld be additioal support With requitment but dident make it recruiting for the NZ police Why you ask Well I hid the fact that I had Autism Well kind of entry requirements were for you to take an Intellgents test.And What you know mine was a score of 184 The heights there but to height to become a cop! Ther requirments were Not to take on peopel that might be to Above heigh intelect and get board with there job bean a cop and leave with in one year..maybe If I was more human and got some ancers wrong?? Im a security officer now and have been for 7 yrs. And traing my level 3 NZQA the same as licensed private Investigator ...Its not like the TV I wanted to do store dective and cyber laws Ect ..With in the security services NZ The prolbem is still Is the word syndrome !.! People include the word down syndrome or dissablity under mentel health on some of the paper work. On some liceneing of mine that takes extraordinary Authority ther are significant number of professioonals with autis spectrum. just to add My self I find down syndrome peopel veary nice and kind!!And tret them withEiel right if not more.. I had this prolbem with peopels concept of the word syndrom with my Truck licence for transporting dangerous goods Licence a new fit and proper person assessment is required..This was major I was failed from geting the Endorsement even though I already had a truck licence..for one year And when You just get real good marks peopel often think I have cheated sit test. Becoues I have A mentel disorder some peopel the quifiers! have to comply with a letter from the compliance with any transport safety regulations ships/ aircraft. For having A Mentel Disorder//SYNDROME !Application for approval associatting any and Your history of physical or mental health problems. This is Right under the solemnly not been convicted for a crime! This makes mentel like diabties and color blind ness health look really bad.ok thats right have 100% on all that.. Even on my NZ M.P.L ( Microlight Pilots licence ) I have been flyig since 14 ..Now I had to do A mentel health waiver from the FAA-For my hobby yes I own my own powerd hanglider. Thats olny has to be aproved by a health doctor. Was rejected so I went to another dr down the road!! I was lucky I was acknowlegd by a expensive determin if i was at risk..He seid I got to pay an extra amount of money and was lucky I was acknowlegd by a expensive psychologist she seid oh that just put Mild Asperger syndrome..So All the forms From for to declear any mentel health is now On the form .I just put And with a letter saying Mild .Really Thats not true Im Heigh function person and have large number of symptoms or traits of Autistic in academic achevments and intellecual extisive obsessive range with knowlage out side professional and above science And out side time with my tabo intrest with Ufoligy .I Will inclding thats my way of handling stress and socail impeairments with not knowing to limit with structor of consavation..memory is more intact than other ways And had to conect have another things to do with ''Commencement''With understanding how to youse my superconsiness I will stop here I have ben know to full peopels Blogs. ps I do type fast... I really like the three clear simple priorities that have been articulated here- but especially the balancing of research priorities towards quality of life work. I would note in fairness that the two main parties here did included ASD specfic policies in their disability policy, and we have to be careful that the objectives of the wider Disability Rights agenda don't get lost in this. That's another thing I like about the coalition's approach- I am delighted that groups as diverse as Autism Speaks and the Self-Advocacy network are working together to put a cojent plan to President Elect Obama.
